I used IC2 for a Java screensaver program consisting of *.scr, configuration data, text- and image-files. Created a single *.exe file for delivering (private use). Could integrate IC2's commandline feature into my ANT build.xml.Install and uninstall worked properly.Tried different and more than one destination directories and other options. Changed some texts in the German version. I'm very satisfied with easy handling and complete deinstallation function. Till now, no problem found - Thank you very much!

Install Creator Rocks I did try lot of software of this nature, but Install Creator is the best as far as easy to use and possibility it gives when building install packages.

There are so many of these utilities available for free, it's dificult to say which one is best without spending hours researching and comparing them. Does what it says, provided you have a working knowledge of this type of software. It's free and it works. I'll keep it.

Demo version It is an easy to use program, but doesn't have the flexibility of Windows Setup Manager found on the Windows XP CD (WinxpCD\Support\Tools\Deploy.cab\setupmgr.exe) I find setup manager easier to use for setting time zone,language groups, and so forth. It's also a little aggravating to make sure your chosen name stay's in place instead of reverting back to Faxcool and stuff like that. Once in a blue moon Install opened the program and I tried to get my file into it. Finally shut it down, then opened the file I was trying to convert and printed to the e-PDF printer. Worked like a champ.Only need to do something like this once every 2-3 years. It just isn't cost effective to have to buy software like this.

My Review of EMCO remote Deployment Kit While I agree that a tool like this is needed, I found the ease of use lacking. There is no good general instructions related to msiexec or different solutions related to exe type deployments.
